OPK Return Policy

Most of OPK products are handmade or embellished by us at the time of ordering, We ask that you please make your selection carefully as items are not returnable. All of our items are carefully inspected before shipping, but if you should have any problems, please email us within 24 hours of delivery comfirmation, this however does not guarantee a return.

Sale Items:

All sale items are FINAL.

Personalizes Items/ Custom Made: Please understand that if you order a personalized item or custom made clothing, there are NO returns or REFUNDS. Once you have purchased a Personalized item no cancellations or returns or exchanges will be allowed, this includes filing a PayPal Chargeback.

Shipping:

One Posh Kid ships merchandise via USPS & FedEx. OPK offers a flat $6.00 shipping & handeling rate (wrapped in tissue and coordinating ribbon). At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

We process orders Monday- Friday from 9a.m.- 4p.m excluding Holidays. If you need to reach us please email Wendy@oneposhkid.com and we will contact within 24 hours.

What is the "white stuff" behind the embroidery? TOP
The "white stuff" is stabelizer. It is what holds the stitching in place. Please do not remove the stabelizer, as it may cause it to unravel.

How long will it take for my order? TOP

Most orders will be processed within 2 weeks. If the items require more time, you will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase.

Can you rush my order? TOP

We are able to rush some items. Please contact us @ Wendy@oneposhkid with the item you are requesting and we will let you know if this is possible.

I ordered a few personalized items, how long does it take? TOP
Please allow 10 business days for personalized items. If your order has nonpersonalized items as well, we will wait till the entire order is complete and ship everything out at once.

Do you offer special requests? TOP
Absolutely! Please contact us with what you are looking for and we will let you know if it is possible! We love creativity!

Sales Tax? TOP

Sales tax will only be charged if the shipping address is located within Arizona. There is no shipping outside the United States.

Returns? TOP
Please make sure when you are ordering that you know the correct size that you are looking for as we do not offer returns or refunds. We are happy to send you sizing information upon request.

Shipping? TOP
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when ordering. If there is an error on your part, OPK will resend product ordered out again, but you will be charged additional shipping charges. If item delivered is not accepted and returned to us, we do chrarge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handleing charges.
