OPK Return Policy
A majority of OPK products are handmade or embellished by us at the time of ordering. We ask that you please make your selection carefully as items are not returnable. All of our items are carefully inspected before shipping, but if you should have any problems, please email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, this however does not guarantee a return.
All sale items are FINAL.
Personalizes Items/ Custom Made: Please understand that if you order a personalized item or custom made clothing, there are NO returns or REFUNDS. Once you have purchased a Personalized item no cancellations or returns or exchanges will be allowed, this includes filing a PayPal Chargeback.

What is the "white stuff" behind the embroidery? TOP
The "white stuff" is stabelizer. It is what holds the stitching in place. Please do not remove the stabelizer, as it may cause it to unravel.
How long will it take for my order? TOP
Can you rush my order? TOP
We are able to rush some items. Please contact us @ Wendy@oneposhkid.com with the item you are requesting and we will let you know if this is possible.
I ordered a few personalized items, how long does it take? TOP
Please allow 10 business days for personalized items. If your order has nonpersonalized items as well, we will wait till the entire order is complete and ship everything out at once.
Do you offer special requests? TOP
Absolutely! Please contact us with what you are looking for and we will let you know if it is possible! We love creativity!
Sales Tax? TOP
Sales tax will only be charged if the shipping address is located within Arizona. There is no shipping outside the United States.
Shipping? TOP
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address when ordering. If there is an error on your part, OPK will resend product ordered out again, but you will be charged additional shipping charges. If item delivered is not accepted and returned to us, we do chrarge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handleing charges.
Returns? TOP
Please make sure when you are ordering that you know the correct size that you are looking for as we do NOT offer any returns or refunds. We are happy to send you sizing apporximation information upon request.
International Orders TOP
We do offer shipping on international orders. Please contact us for terms prior to ordering. The $5 shipping is not available for international orders or wholesale orders. We will send you a paypal invoice for the amount due for international shipping and if insurance is needed. Customer is responsible for all customs charges. Insurance is NOT AVAILABLE in ALL areas. If insurance is unavailable in your counrty of orgin that we ship to, the package will be shipped without insurance and we will not be liable for any lost or damaged goods. Please contact us prior to placing your order to see if insurance is available.
Insurance TOP
We offer insurance upon YOUR request only. You must email us at the time of order and request this and we will send you an invoice for the amount due. All packages have tracking available and delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for packages left at the door. If you are concerned about this you must contact us and request insurance. Once the package is delivered successfully (through the tracking number), it is out of our hands, so please make sure that you have the correct address when checking out. This also applies to ALL wholesale orders. Insurance is AVAILABLE for purchase at your request on all orders. Please ask for insurance before placing your order if you would like insurance. If an international order is placed and insurance is NOT available, One Posh Kid will NOT be liable for lost or damaged goods.

While we try to make sure that sizing is accurate, all sizing questions are an approximation as styles, colors and sizes may vary from one garment to another.
Images TOP
We do not allow the use of any of our images, graphics, designs or anything seen here on this site for use without our written consent. Please contact us in writing to ask permission for use of images and if accepted we will send you the images for the items ordered. ALL of our images are copyrighted and we will take legal action for anyone who uses, takes, copies our images without our knowledge and/or consent.
